Kelowna-Lake Country is an electoral district located in the heart of the beautiful Okanagan Valley in British Columbia’s interior.

Boasting luscious orchards, stunning world renowned and award winning wineries, majestic mountains, beautiful beaches, first-rate golf courses, and a dynamic economy, Kelowna-Lake Country is one of Canada’s finest locations for both work and play.

Kelowna-Lake country is comprised of the City of Kelowna (pop. 117,312 at the May 2011 census) to the south and the community of Lake Country (pop. 11,708 at the May 2011 census) to the north.

Kelowna-Lake Country is well served by Kelowna International Airport (one of Canada’s busiest international airports), the University of British Columbia – Okanagan Campus and Okanagan College, as well as the Kelowna District Hospital, the largest and most comprehensive in the southern interior of B.C. with a full treatment cancer clinic and a new specialized cardiac care centre.
